Multi Shapes Glitter Mani.

Good evening! Have you had a good weekend? Mine was pretty good. Yesterday, hubby took me to Dave and Buster's for my birthday. I had never been before, and had a great time. :-) I've pretty much done nothing today, and it's been quite nice. ;-)

The mani. I'm showing you tonight is the one I wore yesterday to D&B's. I used seven different polishes. I started out with one thick coat of Essie Marshmallow, a squishy white. I then added one coat of Ulta Pinata-Yada-Yada, a multi colored/sized, glitter. Next, I used one coat of Love My Nails, All That, a purple, blue, and silver square glitter in a clear base. Then Sally Hansen In The Spotlight, a hologram bar glitter. After that, I added a few colored stars from Dear Laura pa AA03. Next, I added one coat of Love My Nails Pot O' Gold, diamond shaped glitter with regular gold glitter. Finally, I added a coat of Essie Matte About You, and I was done! I wasn't sure how this would turn out, but I ended up loving it! It was not thick at all for using so many polishes, which is what I was worried about.

First two pics. are with the matte top coat.

Close Up.

The next two pics. are without the matte top coat.

Polishes I used...from L-R Essie Marshmallow,Ulta Pinata-Yada-Yada,Love My Nails All That,Sally Hansen In the Spotlight,Dear Laura pa AA03,Love My Nails Pot O' Gold and Essie Matte About You.

Thanks for looking, and have a great night! :-)

  3. Kimberly.....Thanks! :-) It would be good for NYE! Hmm...maybe I'll have to do that. ;-) Now just if I could mix some of each in one bottle, and have it come out the same way. Somehow I don't think that would work too well. lol

BeautyBehaved....Thank you! :-) I love glitter too! Can ya tell? ;-)

    A Polished Touch....Thanks! :-)

  4. Love this manicure. The more glitter the merrier. I just received my two Essecnce polishes that I won in a giveaway. I had on a polish Kae thehungryasia.com made. It's called Second Chance and it's gorgeous. I put on a layer of Circus Confetti from Essence and I'm in glitter heaven!

  6. Lucy...Thank you so much! I agree....love glitter! :-) I LOVE Kae's polishes! I have four of them, and they are all great. Congrats on winning a giveaway! Where were you able to find Circus Confetti?! I've heard it's supposed to be coming to Ulta, but so far it's not here. I really want it.

    Frankenstyna....Thank you! :-)

Sabrina-Positively Polished-Thanks! lol....it actually wasn't bad to remove at all. I use a scrubby tub for my glitters, and they work really well.
