Huemorista's St. Patrick's Day Collection! LOTS of Pics!

I know I already posted one of these...Hidden Rainbow. I've now had a chance to try the set out, and thought I'd show all of them to you. First of all, Huemorista is a fairly new shop on etsy. It's run by a fellow MUA nail boarder, and the polishes are amazing, and quite unique. If you are interested in any of them, you can find the shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Huemorista?ref=seller_info The collection I'm going to show you today is called Luck Struck. The colors are based on St. Patrick's Day.

First up is a pic. of the bottles. L-R Sham Rockin,Hidden Rainbow and Clover Fields.

The package they came in...

Now for the swatches. The first one is the one I'm wearing today. It's called Sham Rockin. It's a mossy green base with lots of gold and green glitter through out. Application was great and I'm wearing two coats.

Next up is Clover Fields. CF is a shimmery light mint green with gold shimmer. Again the application was great and I used two coats.

I know I already posted Hidden Rainbow a few posts back, but since it is part of this collection, here it is again. ;-) HR is a light gray with multi-colored glitter pieces in different sizes. As with the other two, application was great, and I believe I used three coats with this one.

So...what do you think of this collection? I LOVE it! :-) I have three more Huemorista polishes to show you soon. As always, thanks for looking and have a great day! :-)

Nubar Reclaim

Good morning! I am so sorry I haven't posted much in the past week. I def. have lots to show you. It was just a very stressful week for me. It was one of those weeks where it started out that way on Mon. and seriously didn't let up until Fri. night. Anyway, things are back to normal now....I think and hope anyway!

I have been wearing nothing but green polish the last week and a half or so in honor of St. Patrick's Day. So over the next week, I will have lots of green for you! :-) For today, I have Nubar Reclaim to show you. This is one seriously awesome polish. It is a green holo, and everything about it is great. The application was good, the wear was good, and the color is truly one of a kind. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a true holo green before this one. I used two coats.

Thanks for looking, and have a wonderful Sunday! :-)

My Mardi Gras Mani. Kleancolor glitter and a Tronica Swatch

Happy Fat Tuesday! Do you celebrate Mardi Gras? I don't really, but any holiday is a good reason to do a themed mani. right? I think so. :-)

I think I found the perfect polish for a MG mani. It's Kleancolor's My Valentine. Funny, name for this certain polish, as it really does look like it was made to e be a Mardi Gras polish. Def. not Valentine colors.

I used one of the new Tronica polishes from China Glaze, as my base for the Kleancolor polish. I tried to use My Valentine on it's own, and it was one hot mess! The Troncia color I used is Virtual Violet. VV is a grape purple holo. It's a great color. I'm def. going to have to wear it again soon on it's own. I used two coats of Virtual Violet, but could have easily gotten away with one coat. Application was wonderful. I topped it off with two coats of the Kleancolor My Valentine. My Valentine has small purple glitter and green, gold and silver hex glitter in a clear base.

First up pics. of the finished product.

China Glaze Virtual Violet on it's own.

And just because, here's one pic. of Kleancolor My Valentine on it's own.

See what I mean? On it's own....hot mess, but with another color it's great!

Thanks for looking! I hope you all have a great day! :-)

Huemorista Hidden Rainbow

Happy Friday!! Are you ready for the weekend? I know I am! :-) It's been a LONG week here.

Today I have a polish to show you from Huemorista. Jayna is the mind behind the wonderful creations of Huemorista. She is a fellow MUA nail boarder, who started her own nail polish store. She has wonderful unique colors, and you can find her store here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Huemorista?ref=pr_shop

Hidden Rainbow is part of the St. Patrick's Day collection. It's a light gray, with different sized multi-colored glitter. It is a little on the sheer side, and I used four coats. However it did dry fast, so it was no biggie. Next time, I think I will layer it over another gray first, so I don't have to use so much of Hidden Rainbow. I LOVE this polish. I don't own anything quite like it, and well for me, that's pretty hard to do! LOL! ;-)

Now to the pics....the best part! :-)

You really should click on these to see the full glitter effect. Sorry about the dry cuticles. I'm working on them. ;-)

Thanks for looking, and have a wonderful weekend! :-)

Lippmann Glitter in The Air!

Good morning! How has your week been? Mine has been okay, but I am SO ready for a vacation! lol! We have had the oddest weather this winter. For example last week, it was freezing, snowing and icing. In the same week, that cleared up, and it was 50. Then we had thunderstorms. Now this week it's been as high as 70 but we are supposed to get snow again. Ugh.

Today I have Lippmann Glitter in The Air to show you. I absolutely LOVE this polish. I've wanted it since I saw the first bottle pics. months ago. So when it came out, I ordered it right away. It reminds me of cotton candy. :-) In the bottle, Glitter in The Air looks like it has a light blue base. Once on the nail though, it's more of a milky color. It has hex size pink and baby blue glitter, with small size silver glitter through out. Since it's pretty sheer, I layered it over Hard Candy Sky. It was kind of a pain to get the glitter out, but so worth it. Normally I would have gotten annoyed with a polish like this, but this one is just too great to not love it...flaws and all. ;-)

I used three coats of GitA over two coats of Hard Candy Sky.

You should click on this second pic. it's my fav. and it really shows a true pic. of what GitA looks like outside in the light. ;-)

Do you have Glitter in The Air? If not do you want it? What do you think of it? You can find Glitter in The Air at Nordstroms and at www.lippmanncollection.com. Polishes retail for $18

Thanks for looking, and I hope you all have a great day! :-)

Essence Fairytale Collection Swatches

Hey guys! Happy March! Can you believe it's almost Spring?! I can't! The past year has flown by. I am def. ready for warmer weather though.

Today I have two polishes from the new essence Fairytale collection to show you. There are six altogether, but I just got the two that appealed to me the most. I might actually go get a couple more, now that I've worn these, and love them. I found them at Ulta.

First up is Once Upon A Time. It is a bright red with gold flecks. Application was wonderful and I used two coats.

Next up is Fairy Berry. A really pretty foily purple with silver shimmer. Application was also great on this one, and I used two coats.

Bottle Pics. They are really cute. :-)

Have you seen this collection yet? If so what did you get, if any? Or do you already have them?
