Lynnderella Sweets to the Sweet over CG Lemon Fizz

Good evening! I know I'm a few days late, but I'm going to show you my Easter mani. I started out using China Glaze Lemon Fizz, which is one of my fav. pastel yellow's. I'm not the biggest fan of pastel's. Well, I guess that's not entirely true. I do like them color wise. I just don't like working with pastel polish. I don't like the chalkiness it leaves behind, if it gets on your skin. I do have my favs. of each color though, and for yellow it's CG Lemon Fizz. It's not terribly hard to work with. I used two coats of LF and two coats of Lynnderella Sweets to the Sweet. I LOVE Sweets to the Sweet! For some reason it just reminds me of jelly beans, or jelly candy. It has a milky white base, that's pretty thin. The glitter is made of multi colored squares and hex, with some white square glitter thrown in.

Lynnderella Connect the Dots over Cosmo. Wild Thing.

Good afternoon! I haven't done pink Wed. for a couple of weeks, so thought I'd get back to that today. I also really wanted to wear another of the Lynnderella polishes I got. The one I choose happens to look great over a bright pink. I'm wearing Lynnderella Connect the Dots, which just might be the most unique polish ever. It has multi shapes and sizes of black and white glitter. The glitter isn't a sparkly glitter. It's more of a matte glitter. I used it over Wild Thing, which is the polish that I got for free from Cosmo. I did a blog on it not too long ago. You can see pics. of it here: http://alisnailnews.blogspot.com/2011/08/pink-wed-and-kitty-update.html

Multi Shapes Glitter Mani.

Good evening! Have you had a good weekend? Mine was pretty good. Yesterday, hubby took me to Dave and Buster's for my birthday. I had never been before, and had a great time. :-) I've pretty much done nothing today, and it's been quite nice. ;-)

The mani. I'm showing you tonight is the one I wore yesterday to D&B's. I used seven different polishes. I started out with one thick coat of Essie Marshmallow, a squishy white. I then added one coat of Ulta Pinata-Yada-Yada, a multi colored/sized, glitter. Next, I used one coat of Love My Nails, All That, a purple, blue, and silver square glitter in a clear base. Then Sally Hansen In The Spotlight, a hologram bar glitter. After that, I added a few colored stars from Dear Laura pa AA03. Next, I added one coat of Love My Nails Pot O' Gold, diamond shaped glitter with regular gold glitter. Finally, I added a coat of Essie Matte About You, and I was done! I wasn't sure how this would turn out, but I ended up loving it! It was not thick at all for using so many polishes, which is what I was worried about.

First two pics. are with the matte top coat.

Close Up.

The next two pics. are without the matte top coat.

Toma Wonderland from the Snow Caps Collection.

Hey guys! This is going to be a quick post, as I'm not feeling so well. Again. I'm going to take a nap, when I'm through here. I think I really am sick this time though, and not just tired. :-( I had a feeling I was coming down with something with how tired I've been recently.

A couple of weeks ago, I was on a dusty hunt and I found a Toma polish. I had never heard of it before, but thought it was different, and it was on sale for only $2 so I grabbed it. It's called Wonderland, and it's from a collection called Snow Caps. I think I'm going to have to find the rest of them. I really like this one. Wonderland has a white base with magenta glitter, silver glitter, silver hex glitter, and a few white colored flakies. It has a little of everything in it! Application was great, and I used three coats.

To see all of the detail of this polish, I def. recommend clicking on the pics.;-)

Here are a couple of close up's. In the first one, you can see the flakies, and in the second pic. you can see the silver hex.

Do you know anything about this collection? If so, I'd love to know more about it. When it came out etc...I'm not on the hunt for the rest of them. :-)
