Zoya Reva from the new summer collection

Hey everyone! How are you doing? Did you have a good weekend? This is going to be shorter than normal, as something is going on with my computer. I have no idea what it wrong with it. It keeps shutting off on me. It's making me crazy!! I want to get this up before it happens again. Hopefully I will figure out what's going on with it, and get it fixed soon.

Zoya Reva is from the summer 2011 Sunshine collection. Reva is red with lots of gold shimmer. I have to say I'm a little dissapointed in this color. It's looks so red and pretty in the bottle, but on my nails it seems to give off a werid pinkish color. I'm not sure what it is, I'm not loving, but this polish is just not doing it for me, for some reason. Application was also a little bit of a pain. The polish was kind of thick, which is def. not the norm for a Zoya polish. I still think it's pretty, just not so much on me.

    I have all of them minus sooki, I haven't done anything with then except swatch them on a wheel (I have issues wearing summer colors in spring). the shimmers all had a really sheer weird kind of base, it's most def something I haven't really seen before.

    I think Reva looks gorgeous on you! I don't have any of Zoya's summer polishes yet, and I'm not sure I'll be getting any...I haven't decided yet.

    Dani...That is so odd that they are all sheer. This one was thick, which was also odd for Zoya. I'll have to see what the others are like.

    I picked up the whole collection during the BOGO. Love these shimmers. The are so sparkly. A bit sheer but I used three coats and it's fine. I love all of them. This looks fantastic on you.

    I think this is really pretty on you! How about trying it as a pedi? I am not crazy about certain reds/pinks as a mani but they work well as a pedi.
    I hope you can figure out what's wrong with your computer. It gets so frustrating when you can't figure out what's wrong!!

    Lucy...Thank you! :-) I got them during the BOGO too. It was too good to pass up! Have you worn them all yet? Which one is your fav?

    tasha...Thanks! :-) That's a really good suggestion. I think I will try it as a pedi. :-) My computer seems to be working better today, but who knows how it will be tomorrow. Ugh. It is very frustrating!
